In this work researched the influence of the load applied during aging on the regularities of the development of martensitic transformations (MT) and the shape memory effect (SME) in high-nickel single crystals of Ti-51.7at. % Ni, in which, due to two-stage aging at 823 K + 673 K a bimodal size distribution of Ti3Ni4 particles (large + small) has been formed. Aging at 823 K, 1 h under load and in the free state, crystals with one and four variants of large Ti3Ni4 particles were obtained. In crystals aged under load, in comparison with those aged in a free state, the MF temperatures increase (MS increases by 30 K), thermal hysteresis decreases (1,6 times), the maximum reversible deformation during SME development is observed at stresses 5 times lower.
