The paper considers the properties of a calcium-phosphate coating deposited on a titanium nickelide substrate by ion-plasma deposition in different regimes. With an increase in the coating thickness from 0.5 µm to 2 µm, a growth of the volume fraction of the hydroxyapatite and beta-tricalcium phosphate phases was revealed. A decrease in the surface roughness of the coatings was found with an increase in the thickness of the surface layer. The best cytocompatibility of the surface was found on samples coated with Ca-P 2 µm thick.
