In the present study, we performed the results of the study of TiNi alloy under the influence of electron-beam treatment and creation of a surface alloy. It has been established that ion implantation with tantalum has practically no effect on the structure and level of residual stresses of the first and second kind. And the study of structural-phase states and residual stresses after the synthesis of Ti - Ta surface alloy showed that significant residual stresses of the first kind arise in the surface layers of TiNi sI^»-500 MPa.
