In the present study, we study mechanics of growth of two-dimensional and zero-dimensional nanostructures and its parameters. In this case we focus on definition of time and conditions of growth of material depending on nanostructure parameters. Also the dependences of supersaturation, nucleation rate and island density on time are studied for epitaxial growth in full-condensation mode.
