The present study is devoted to the study of the complex phase composition of the material based on the Ti - Ni - Mo ternary powder system by scanning electron microscopy in backscattered electrons mode. Sintering of the Ti - Ni - Mo ternary powder system with different concentrations of Mo additives makes it possible to obtain a material with a complex phase-chemical composition: a-, в -Ti, Ti2Ni, Ti4Ni2O, TiNi, TiNi3, Ti3Mi4, Ti2Ni2, y-Ni, Mo (в: , в2, a', a", ю-phases), MoNi (8), MoNi2 (y), MoNi4 (в). Various phase products of transformation in the system under study, obtained by scanning electron microscopy in the mode of backscattered electrons, are presented.
