In this work, the effect of the aging at 573 K on the functional properties in CoNiAl single crystals oriented along the [001]B2 direction were studied. It was experimentally shown that aging reduces the martensitic transformation temperatures by 52 K and increases the interval of superelasticity up to 325 K due to the dispersed e-Co particles precipitation.
