The paper presents the transmission electron microscope investigations of the heat-resisting Ni-Al alloy structure modified by different elements, in particular, rhenium and ruthenium in the amount of ~4 at.%. The alloy is investigated after 1000°C annealing during 118 and 572 h. Investigations show that independent from the annealing duration, the main phases in the alloy are у and у-phases. The increase in the annealing time results in the destruction of the cuboidal structure of material.
